Thank you Naveen.Based on the Microsoft article, it sounds like the most consistent issue is with broken/corrupt hyperlinks in the signature of the email.Since this is only happening when replying to L2 support technicians (I have not had this issue with any of the other dozens of replies I send every day), is it possible that the Acumatica support team needs to update the signatures in their emails?
Thank you, Chris!
Thanks Chris!
Thanks. It would be helpful we could turn a question into an idea
@peter92 - I have a customer that will be going live shortly and has the exact same requirements: to allow shop floor employees to clock in and out of manufacturing orders on the shop floor.I’ve also limited user access with a role, but it’s not working how I’d like it to.Would you be available for a call to discuss what’s worked and what hasn’t?Any help you could provide would be GREATLY appreciated!Donna Deskins
That’s exactly what I’m looking for, thank you so much!
Sorry for the long delay, I had a death in the family and have been out of the office.I tried your solution and it worked beautifully, except one thing: the order type is not SO on the recurring order that’s being copied. SO is what defaults in the dialog box that pops up when you copy an order and I cannot figure out where in the Import Scenario I need to tell it what the order type is for the new order.I’ve tried adding it in several places in the Import Scenario with no success. Any ideas? Thanks so much for your help!
That’s amazing!! I can’t wait to try it out!
I have a customer who received this error as well, on a batch of notifications being sent to vendors:
Thank you! That’s the information I was looking for!
Thank you! That’s a great tool for looking at individual transactions. Is there any tool that groups usage into time intervals (i.e. usage per week/month)?
Thank you so much!I was making it way more complicated than it needed to be, lol.
Hi Naveen,Thank you for the reply!I’m actually trying to change what’s in the dropdown list for the Category field. This is what’s currently there:The customer would like a different list.
Hi David,I’m trying to do the exact same thing and I did create a generic inquiry. However, I’m not able to provide the user with their password because it’s encrypted in the Users table. The canned welcome notification is pulling the password in as highlighted in the screenshot below: I can’t seem to replicate that situation using the generic inquiry.Any suggestions? Thanks!Donna
I love it, thank you!
I actually found another way to accomplish this:I added a text box and made the border on all sides a solid line. Then, in the value field I used this expression: =IIf([SSGNCR.InternalBool]=True, 'X', ''). This results in an “X” being put in the box if the boolean value is True.
Hi Gabriel,Thank you so much for the reply! I will give that a try!
