Thank you! That worked. It set the decimals to 4 but I am guessing that is from the companies Price/Cost Decimal settings
Laura, Using the Build Schema, you can Load Schema & refresh the ARInvoice table & the field will show.We have also done a calculation to get the payments. ARInvoice.CuryOrigDocAmt- ARinvoice.CuryDocBal. we then multiple by -1 to display a negative number. Here is a screenshot of the refresh & the Payment Calculation.
If you have the visible check box selected, you should see the prompts when you go to run the report. The parameters will be in the Expression Editor under the parameters, after the Globals choice. You can build the conditions to include the parameters you are passing in.
Noah,The arrow section is available in base imports. Since I was in a grid, I thought I needed to use a custom key. The Arrow acts like a search by. It is available for lots of fields in the Import Scenarios. Here is the import
Here is the Import Scenario that accomplished the task. The Highlighted section is the Trick. Thanks to Rodgrio for the Assistance.
Yes. The sales order has been shipped, Invoice created & released. Then the client then gets a file with the payment amount for the Sales Order. So all we have is the Sales Order number. We are setting the Customer Order Nbr. field to the sales order, with the hope that that can be used to select the correct Document in the Grid.If the sales order is open, the payment can be applied against it via the Orders to apply tab. (thanks for that assistance)
Hi Abe, These fields need to be updated either from the Item Warehouse Details form (IN204500) & not the stock Items form. Or you can update the Warehouse Defaults on the GENERAL SETTINGS Tab. This would update just the default warehouse settings. A rule of thumb I use is, if I cannot change the data manually, the import scenario will have issues.
Thank you Naveen! I was able to get this to “work” on my instance.
Thank you for the quick response! I gave it a try & am now getting a different error. the specified order type & order number cannot be found. Yet it does exist. Here is a pic of the error, along with the Sales Order screen.
Mike, What I found was that I had to convert the variable to a number using the CDec Function. Here is an example, from a live system, were the $subReport_PayTotal is passed from the subreportWe multiply by -1 if the type is a credit memo.=IIF ( [SOOrder.OrderType]<>'CM',( CDec([SOOrder.CuryOrderTotal]) - CDec($subReport1_PayTotal) ), (CDec([SOOrder.CuryOrderTotal]) - CDec($subReport1_PayTotal)) * -1)
Thanks Chris, This is a good idea also!
Thanks for the lightning-fast reply. I forgot about the settings on the customer/ customer class. I have no idea yet of how different the forms will be. I have used the visible expression property to swap logos & other fieldsI am hoping that the forms are pretty similar! Thanks again!
I worked with Acumatica & followed their suggestions to resolve this. The key was to uncheck the <Key: PMInstanceID> field
I heard from Acumatica. This is a known issue. From Acumatica: I see they are working on it currently, but don't see which version it's set to fix in and until then you'll need to use the Edit Version button on the Report Versions tab, or open the report manually via Report Designer.
