Hey folks,Working on the B2B integration of Acumatica and Shopify. While uploading Sales Prices (Price Lists), getting this error:At least one GraphQL error has occurred. Error: Input size greater than 250.Any ideas how to overcome this? I have a suspicion, that the issue is that I have customers / companies uploaded already, and the quantity of those companies who use this specific price list is larger than 250.I uploaded a dozen other price lists without an issue, but they are used by less than 250 customers each.@KarthikGajendran , @smarenich , @josh.fischer , any thoughts?

Yes you can export tracking number from Acumatica to BigCommerce/Shopify. To do so you nee to put tracking numbers in the line with box under Packages Tab.Keep in mind following rules: When shipments that include multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers are exported from Acumatica ERP to BigCommerce or Shopify, the system checks if the following conditions are met: • Each item in the shipment is linked with a particular box. If an item is not assigned to any box, the system displays an error. • Each box in the shipment contains at least one item. If a box is not assigned at least one item, the system displays an error. During the synchronization of shipments with Shopify or BigCommerce, for each box in the shipment, a separate shipment with a separate tracking number is created in the online store. Boxes that don't have any items assigned or are missing a tracking number are not exported to the online store.
If it does, how does Acumatica throttle its use of the API? Will it use all available resources in the Shopify's “Leaky Bucket” or is this adjustable?
We have template items setup with matrix items that map to the BigCommerce variants. Client does not want price or weight to populate BigCommerce from Acumatica. They want to maintain that in BigCommerce only. I’ve set in both the Stock Item and Template Item entity to unmap these fields yet the variant in BigCommerce is updating the price/weight based on what is on the variant in Acumatica. Is there a better way to accomplish this? This is 22 R1 for reference.

We’re attempting to troubleshoot a new store connection and seem to have everything in place on the Shopify side – when we try to sync the orders we get the following error:Inserting 'Sales Order' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. CuryOpenTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. CuryUnbilledTaxTotal: Tax is not up-to-date. ShipVia: 'Ship Via' cannot be empty.Shipping address and methods are present in the order JSON along with Tax lines which appear to all be accurate. In our BC implementation, we want to allow customers to shop by brand. Brand ID is a native field in BC. Is it possible to have an attribute in Acumatica that identifies the brand of a product which can then be sent over to BC? Here’s how we tried to have it set up but the sync does not seem to be working.
Hello, my company switched to Acumatica this year. For our b2b website we went down the road of using BigCommerce and the Acumatica connector for it but I’m not much of a fan of the BigCommerce environment so am looking at alternatives. Our current website is PHP/MySQL based (which is what I know best) but is still using our old ERPs “cart” integration, which is no good long term (we basically have to continue to maintain and setup products in our old ERP just for this cart purpose and then export them out and import them into Acumatica). I’m curious if others are using any custom or off-the-shelf site/cart solutions which are integrated into Acumatica via the API, besides BigCommerce/Shopify/Magento. Our current website’s data is already being pulled from Acumatica (the MySQL db is updated with Acumatica data daily), I just essentially need the “cart” part and then the ability to automatically push those submitted orders into Acumatica. Hi all,Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I couldn’t find any related topics so if it does exist, please can someone point me to that :) I have a question related to the implementation best practice for customers who have existing stores. From what I can see, both BigCommerce and Shopify only support “Export” operation from ERP > Store. Let’s say in their stores, they already have a number of products. These products are exported to excel, provided to the implementer to import into Acumatica using an import scenario. Then, we set up a sync to export these products again to the stores:Wouldn’t this duplicate their product list? In relation to the above question, if it doesn’t, how does the system know a product in ERP is the same product in the store? Similarly, for customers, how to link an existing customer record in the ERP with an existing customer record in the store? this can be important to some businesses if they want to reserve the past/historical orders infor
Our salespersons manage customers at the customer account level. However, in Acumatica salespersons are assigned to customers at the customer location level.One area where this is becoming an issue for us is ecommerce, specifically Shopify. All of our customers are assigned to a salesperson to manage their accounts, including ecommerce customers. However, if a salesperson is assigned at an ecommerce customer’s default location, and then the customer creates a new location in their Shopify account, that new location syncs over to Acumatica without a salesperson assigned. This means the salesperson assigned to the customer’s account is not credited and does not receive commission on that order (when they should).Does anyone know if it is possible to set a default salesperson to the customer account so that this salesperson is automatically assigned to any future locations created under that customer account?

Hi All, By default, Acumatica commerce edition require Auto-Numbering for Customers and Customer Locations. This is done due to a number of reasons:During the export customers from Acumatica, we don’t have a Shopify ID, so if customer is created in Acumatica it will have a different name. Acumatica can be connected to multiple stores and there is no guarantee that customer ID is unique accords multiple stores and connectors. Naming convention in Acumatica may be different from Shopify customer.In any case, Acumatica Commerce Edition will follow Auto-Numbering of customer and locations.However this can be changed with the simple customization. Please do the following: Step 1: Extend the Segmented Key for BIZACCT and CUSTOMER to 13 or 14 characters. Customers ID in Shopify are very long. Step 2: Publish the attached customization . The customization package does 2 things: Disabling mandatory auto-numbering on customer record Assigning Acuamtica CustomerID to the Shopify ID. Step 3: Test
In this topic, I want to share how to create a customization to export matrix item cost info to Shopify product variant. This customization can work well on 2023R2.Create a customization project Create a new code file, and extend the Graph from “PX.Commerce.Shopify.SPTemplateItemProcessor”. Select the “OVERRIDE METHOD” from the menu, and then select the Method “SaveBucketExport” from the list. Modify the code as below. Create the new instance of ProductRestDataProvider and InventoryItemRestDataProvider object Use the ProductRestDataProvider instance to get the existing Product/Product variant info from Shopify, cost info doesn’t save in Product variant object, it’s in the InventoryItem object, so we need to get the InventoryItemId from the variant object. We save the variant mapping info(ExternID is Product variant ID, LocalID is the Matrix item NoteID) in BCSyncDetails, so we can find the associated Matrix item by NoteID. All matrix items are saved in Bucket.Product.Local

I have been asked to enable updates from Acumatica to BC when Sales Prices are updated using Sales Price Worksheets. We have several customer price classes in Acumatica (RET, WHL, 1STWHL, GUEST and Base). Any changes to prices for items made that day are updated every evening with a price class worksheet for each of these Price Classes.We want these updates to propagate to the sales price in BC automatically.In BC we have Price Lists for:WHLRETGUEST (inactive currently)and Customer Groups for : 1STWHL, WHL, RET, GUEST Is this something that is built into the BigCommerce Connector? We currently import 2-3k orders per day from Shopify. They import at a rate of about 360/hour or 10 seconds per order. This usually keeps up, but with order updates and sales we can fall behind. What rates are you seeing on your system? Ideas are welcome, but trying to start with what are realistic expectations and what is possible.
No, You can not use Manual Numbering Sequence for importing new Sales Order, Customers, Customer Locations. Commerce Connector would import multiple records per minute so it has to be use Automatic Numbering Sequence for the smooth synchronization process. So please make sure you select Auto Numbering for Customer, Customer Location in the Customer Settings tab and Sales Order type that you selected in Order Settings of Stores page in Commerce Connector for Shopify and BigCommerce is configured to use Auto Numbering.
Hey Folks,Couldn’t find much on this, so wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts:In template item creation, under the “matrix item” tab, it is picking up the “last cost” and it seems to push this to Shopify as the product cost even though the item has a ‘current’ cost defined under the Stock Item: These particular items have a “Current Cost” but not a “Last Cost”: Do we happen to know why the Shopify Connector uses the Last Cost and not Current? Are we supposed to be updating the cost to “last cost” routinely?Cheers,k2
Has anyone configured the BigCommerce connector to work with an existing BigCommerce store? Our client has a well established store and wants to connect to their new Acumatica install. We started testing the syncs in a sandbox to see how it would work and have run into errors. With the stock item sync, we can only export from Acumatica to BC, but the items already exist in BC. When we try to sync anyways, the error says the item already exists. Is there a way to somehow map the two together to resolve the sync issue? Any other gotchas we need to look for in configuring the connector for an existing store? Thanks for your help!
Some stock items do not sync over to BigCommerce, most of them do but for every 50-100 items that do sync over there is 4-5 items that do not. Most of the items, if I change the price, category, description it will re-sync itself and usually the ones that don’t I can force the re-sync and it will work. But occasionally a stock item won’t sync no matter what I change or how many times I resync everything, even if I force the re-sync it won’t pick up the changes on that specific stock item. I have set stock items the synced successfully and stock items that will not sync, side by side and both of them have the same settings. does anybody know what could be causing this issue? When you sync Template Items to BigCommerce, the Matrix Items in TemplateItem will be mapped to product variant in BC side. Is it possible to map a specific tag to a custom field? I can see that you can import tags (in general) to something in Acumatica, but we really just want to set a command where “if a tag contains a ‘#’ then import to a specific custom field”The number we want to bring in is our Amazon sales #Our Amazon sales flow into shopify and then Acumatica. It works great except for lack of order number. Thanks for any help!
