Related Enitiy informtion not showing on the All Emails screen

Hi All
Happy New Year

I am sending emails to business accounts for a number of activities. The screen on the email template is GI. My emails are being sent correctly; however, they are not populating the related entity on the All Emails screen.
Could you please assist if there is a setting I am missing that would display the information in the related entity column on the All Emails screen? See the sample screenshot.

​@wilson71 the highlighted emails are customized email templates? if yes you need to configure for updating the related entity
