We have a logo built to 300px x 100px. I called it into our statement. It looks fine on screen in Acumatica but Pixelates when we export. Is there a fix?  Is there a recommended resolution that is different than the 300 x 100 pixel size?

Hello @afrary

Could you provide some screenshots of how your Logo looks in Report Designer and how it is displaying when exported?

I would recommend reviewing this community post that I found contains helpful info on images in reports; Images on report look awful | Community

Hi @afrary ,

The pixelation is caused by the logo's resolution, not by the statement report itself. At 300 x 100 px the logo looks fine on screen in Acumatica, but when the statement is exported to PDF the image is scaled for print and zoom, so the individual pixels become visible.

Recommended fix:

1. Get the logo from the original vector file (AI, SVG or EPS) and export it as a PNG at a higher resolution, keeping the same 3:1 aspect ratio. Please don't upscale the existing 300 x 100 file, as that won't add any detail.
   - Recommended size: 900 x 300 px (about 300 DPI for a 3" x 1" print area).
   - For extra headroom when zooming, use 1200 x 400 px or 1500 x 500 px.
   - PNG is preferred over JPEG to avoid edge artifacts and to keep transparency.

2. Upload the new file in Acumatica, in the same place the current logo is stored (for example on the Branches screen, CS102000, if the statement uses the branch logo). If the logo is embedded directly in the report, replace it in the Report Designer instead.

Hope above helps!!
