How can i convert a report into GI. “Inventory Analysis”
1. That Report Contains Subreport
2. These Fields were displayed in the report
- Subreport Contains parameter - InventoryItem.InventoryCD

Hello,
We can directly convert a Generic Inquiry to a Report…. but we cannot directly convert a Report to a Generic Inquiry.
To create a Generic Inquiry that looks like your report, you will need to create a new GI from the beginning. First, investigate which tables/DACs are used in the report. Take screenshots to capture the Tables, Relationships, Parameters, Filters, Sorting, and Grouping as they appear in your report. Then create the same Tables, Relationships, Parameters, etc. in a new GI.
I don’t think Generic Inquiries can use a Sub Report.
