I need to find the total number of calls performed by person by week in GI. I have added the following fields in grouping. Is Count the right function to be using?

Hi,
I think you want to Count the NoteId identifier, not Sum it, to arrive at # of Call Activities per employee per week.
There is a field that records Week # in Timecard Activities.

To count # of calls by Owner by Week, I think you need to
- Group by Week, then Owner and
- Sum on the Key field for an Activity, which I think is the Note ID.

Also, when you say group by Week, do you mean under the grouping tab or with functions? I don’t see Week as an option.
