Hi ALL,

For example we have Account (16400): Accumulated Depreciation: Land and Buildings

On the Row Sets of the "Profit & Loss" report > Net Income (Loss) line > we want to add the value of the Account (16400)

I have tried as shown in the screenshots below but have not been successful.

Please guide how to do it !

Best Regards,

Hello,

Account Number Detail may be printed on Lines of Type = GL.   Total Lines are sum of other lines and cannot print Account Numbers that make up the sum.

To print the Account numbers on GL Lines, in Data Source, Expand by Account and choose Description = Code-Description:

Hi @Laura02

My goal is to create line 0482 = line 0481 + Account (16400)

But I don't want the Account (16400) line to show up on the report.
How to do this?

Hi @nhatnghetinh, I believe you cannot use a Account in Datasource for the the Total Type.

you can use Printing control = Hidden to hide the particular row from the Row Sets.

Hello,

To subtract one account that is not listed on its own line of the report,

  1. Add account 16400 to a line of the report. As mentioned by Dipak above, Hide the new Line containing account 16400 using the Hidden option in Printing Control column, as shown below.
  2. Proceed to use your Hidden line in the Total’s Value Calculations.

Here is an example of hidden calculations from a Cash Flow financial report, like I highlighted in Row 0230.:
