Hello!

I have a GI that I need to filter by date range. When running the GI it is not filtering down to the date range window. GI and Screenshots below. I feel like I’m missing something obvious.

Thank you for the help!

On the conditions, you could try “Is Between

Otherwise, I think you’ll need to change the OR clause to an AND clause since every date in history is either greater than the DateFrom OR less than the DateTo

Hi @krodman ,

I second what @kyle90 said!  The other conditions should probably also be set to OR, otherwise the dates will be irrelevant if one of the other conditions is true.

Hope the helps!

Thank you- I tried both of these suggestions. Unfortunately, they did not fix the issue.

Thanks Laura- I tried the suggestions from Kyle but the results did not change. For the other conditions do you mean these? I have these set to ‘OR’.

Having the date condition first may resolve your issue so you could try the below. Please note i changed the Or to an And on the first two lines. If you have an Or between the dates every date will qualify for the conditions.

Formatting the date how Rakshanda showed will make it so if either field or both are left blank you will still get results shown for the dates that fall within whichever date condition is filled in. (Ex. If only the date from is filled in then you will get any results that are equal to or after the date from.) If both are left blank it will show all records regardless of date.
