Hello @FrankieDC , you cannot map anything to Audit History, but you can map some fields from BC to Acumatica.

I think Frankie is asking whether BigCommerce can use a different login user, like “BigCommerce” instead of “Admin”.  Records added by BigCommerce will then appear to be added by BigCommerce instead of appearing to be added by System Administrator.

Is this possible?  How can Frankie change the Login User that is used by BigCommerce?

Hello @Laura02, thank you for your question. Unfortunately according to current design this is not possible to change user name in Audit history - because all actions which are done by Acumatica will be lugged as Admin (because Admin is system account). If you want to be sure if something were done by Acumatica, but not by your system administrator - then it’s better avoid using Admin account by your users on daily basis (and keep password of Admin in in a safe place for emergency situations).

However if you will register an Idea on the portal (https://community.acumatica.com/ideas) and it will get a lot of votes - it can influence decision to implement this functionality.
