I have an Appointment GI that I am wanting to show the Date + Time in the results. If I add the field directly to the results grid it only shows a Date.
If I do: =[FSAppointment.CreatedDateTime], it does show the Date and Time in the GI but in UTC. Is there a standard way to show the time in a GI for this field or am I required to do the dateadd feature to adjust.

You can add the CRCase DAC to the GI tables (no need to join it) and set your date/time field’s Schema to CRCase.CreatedDateTime (or it may be called Reported Date in the UI). This field is configured to display date and time and will do so with respect to the current user’s time zone.

Unfortunately, I didn’t find a solution quickly that allowed for the use of a native function within Acumatica to adjust this by user TZ. I am confident there probably is one, but since all of our employees are currently within the Eastern TZ, I hard coded the result as: =dateadd([FSAppointment.CreatedDateTime],'h', -4)
I will have to adjust this for Daylight Savings time as it comes up.
