You need to remove “/” which you have added in the stating of Path Value field.

It appears that current versions of Acumatica do not support locally stored images unless the images are stored directly on the Acumatica server.

Is there any way to get the external url to be based on a formula or a variable?
It seems to work when you select Database as the source but not External.
