Hi @Harry
Have you tried to reset caches in the ‘Apply Updates’ screen?
Aleks
Hey @aiwan , I already tried to reset the caches & restart the application, but it still persists. Even checked out in the database if any records are getting duplicated, but everything looks fine to me.
Hi @Harry
Please reach out to Acumatica, this is related to some issue in another tables which is sitting.
@Harry
as @Manikanta Dhulipudi reach out to Acumatica if this is a production environment.
If it is a local environment, I suggest restoring a snapshot to ‘refresh’ the database.
Alternatively, you can trace the SQL server if on the local environment.

Hi @Harry were you able to find a solution? Thank you!
Hi Harry,
Are you attempting to delete the entire Time Card or specific Time Activities? I would recommend looking in the trace log right after the error appears. Sometimes the trace log can give you guidance to what this issue is.
There are a couple known issue documents, but they are not for Time cards. They might help with troubleshooting your issue.
