Report Parameter Not showing up in notification temlate

i have role Admin and have full access rights to report. Report have one parameter:
 

Please help me. All report in system when i selected  is no data availible parameter. I think it's a permissions issue. But I also have administrator access and access control for report.

I agree with you on this being a permission issue. This same issue happens with generic inquiries and the navigation tab when permissions are not sufficient. 

Check the following...

  1. Simply having the administrator role does not grant permissions to every screen. Go to the “Access Right By Role” screen and make sure everything under system management is delete or granted. Same with this report.
  2. Make sure there are no conflicting roles that might subtract permissions. Don’t have Administrator roles and INShipper paired for example where they may be revoked items in INShipper subtracting permissions from Administrator. When you have admin permissions you don’t need to assign too many more roles.
