Shopify Payment Entity for Cash Payments

Hello, 

We’ve recently switched over to Shopify POS. We’ve noticed that if a customer pays with cash and gets change back, the payment amount in Acumatica shows up as the amount they paid, rather than the order total.

@bclark , I bet the reason for this is the data presentation in Shopify. It has the payment with the amount of $100. I’m not sure how the other part (change) is represented in the data from Shopify, but hopefully, it’s clearly identified. I would recommend opening a case with Acumatica and detailing all the intricacies of these transactions.
