Sales order quantity available will go negative warning

When I try to create a sales order, I would encounter a warning Updating item 'APJAM08 0' in warehouse 'WHOLESALE ' quantity available will go negative. Because of this warning, I’m unable to create a Shipment. Can anyone tell me how I could resolve it.

    Hi, do you have stock in the system for that item in the wholesale warehouse?

      @frederickodendaal77 The recalculate inventory form shows some quantity for the item. 

      And the footer of the Sales Order form shows

      Check Inventory Allocation Details. The inventory may be on hand, but allocated to another document (Sales order, Shipment, production). It depends on how the availability calculation is set up.
