Hello Expert, I was looking for PO Approval when Qty or unit cost gets increased then approver will do the approval of PO and if QTY or unit cost is decreased then no approval for that. I have created a sample Approval for the same please let me know if i am going on right path.

Approval is built in the way to check rules each time releasing document off hold, that’s why it requires approval even after a small change. Out of the box, you cannot achieve the needed behavior, but potentially, it might be possible through customization
