for look up fields in modern UI 2025R2 such as Projects or Vendor, when clicked a pop-up displays instead of a new tab. Is there a way to change this or just to have the pop up expand the full screen? Users currently have to hit expand every time.

Hi! I believe the standard behavior is to open in pop-up window. To change that behavior to open in new tab, this could be done with a small customization project.
I imagine something like this in the typescript:
@linkCommand("ViewVendorNewTab")
VendorID: PXFieldState<PXFieldOptions.CommitChanges>;

Opening in a pop up is the modern UI's standard behavior, and there's no setting to change it to a new tab or full screen. It can be done through customization but every link would have to be customized individually, which might not be practical to build or maintain depending on how many screens you want to do this for.
It would be nice to see Acumatica introduce a option to allow you to open links in full screen or in a new tab.
