Are there any plans to have the Outlook Add In to integrate with G suite account or any work arounds this integration?

In 2020 R2, a new field CloudTenantID was added to screen SM203520.I don’t find any information about the purpose of this new field in release note pdf document so i m posting some questions here :Is this information is used for authentification ? Is it confidential ? Is this information should be displayed for any user or any role ? What’s the purpose to show this information in the screen SM203520 ? Is there is any drawbacks if we hide information from this screen ? Is this information is generated once by tenant at creation or can be updated/modifed ?Thanks in advance   

Hello,Has anyone implemented a Yubico Yubikey to authenticate users login over the internet?Since we have remote workers and we don’t want unauthorized users to login.

Any idea how to bypass the login screen and auto-login using user id and pwd to Acumatica URL and access the page so thereby a user doesn’t need to fill the credentials? I assume this shld be possible as we can see help.acumatica.com working without needing to login (wondering). What’s the use of this? You can auto-login for your application/web page and allow the user to access from a valid link, this can be used for approvals, online proofing or other usage.

We have a client we are currently implementing that has requested that their technicians be able to access fillable forms from the field. With our legacy ERP product we have done integrations to systems like FormStack and Google Forms for this function, where the technician can select the necessary form in the mobile app (example: Lead Paint Inspection Form) and the linked form is brought up (in either FormStack or Google Forms).  When this action is taken, the form is automatically named and associated with the appointment.  Once completed, the form is then attached to the appointment.My questions are:To your knowledge, has anyone done similar with Acumatica? Are their any form management apps as ISVs that offer this type of integration? Is there a better mouse-trap that we aren't considering?  Thanks in advance, Scott Gaspar
