Hi — we’re exploring a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) and want to use the “split Friday” approach so each workweek still totals 40 hours. JAMIS Prime runs on Acumatica, and I can’t find a public example of JAMIS clients doing this. Has anyone here implemented 9/80 in JAMIS Prime (which screens they used, e.g., Timesheet Schedule / Time Card Profile / Overtime Rule), or can share a short description of how you configured it? Thank you!

Hi,
Steps for creating 9/80 Timesheet Schedule
Timesheet Schedules
- Old Schedule-Create Stub period to close out the end of old schedule, then close all other generated schedules not used or delete them.
- Create new Timesheet Schedule for 8 day and biweekly pay starting from the time that you want the schedule to begin.
- Create Timesheet Profiles for Hourly and/or Salary.
- Create Employee Types
- Create Employee Earning Group
- Update employee Template with new Employee Earning Group
- Update employee record (Template, Earning Group, and Profile)
