Why am I receiving this error on import scenario

Updating shipping addresses through an import scenario and receiving this error:

“1 items have not been processed successfully. View name: ServiceOrderRecords.”

 

I’ve checked my import scenario and can’t find any issues. Where else should I be looking or how else should I trouble shoot?
