Import scenario that selects the "Paste from Template" function on the clipboard?

I need to create an import scenario for the Transfer Order (Sales Order) screen that will select a pre-configured template from the clipboard to load the Transfer Order detail lines.

Has anyone successfully done this?

Paste from a template is not supported in Import scenarios.
