Getting "The required configuration data is not entered on the XPMSetup form" on lockbox Payments Import

We created an Import Scenario to read lockbox file and create payments and load documents. Worked fine in our test environment.

Moved the same to PROD and now getting below error on the Import Scenario.

The required configuration data is not entered on the XPMSetup form.

 

Please help me find what is XPMSetup form?

Did you try searching the Site Map for a screen with the name XPMSetup form?

Or using Global Search for “XPMSetup”?
