Amazon FBM Multi Location Inventory

Has anyone had any success in updating product availability to Amazon for multi locations? For example we have an East and West coast warehouse. We have Amazon setup with these two locations and specific shipping templates. However we have been unsuccessful in updating inventory in Amazon from Acumatica to account what is in each location accordingly. Amazon telling us this can be done, but no one seeks to know how in Acumatica
