Amazon FBM Multi Location Inventory

Yes. If you are using the native Acumatica Amazon Connector in 2026 R1, you can handle multiple Acumatica warehouses when exporting FBM inventory to Amazon.

Acumatica's Amazon connector specifically supports choosing All Warehouses or Specific Warehouses when calculating the quantity exported to Amazon. The connector will calculate the Amazon available quantity from those warehouses. If you don't specify a location, it considers all applicable locations within that warehouse.

Thanks I am in 25R2 and doing thi now already, the issue though is Amazon Multi Location allows for specific shipping templates and your suggestion just allows for more than one warehouse to show what is available to Amazon in a combined number. I am trying to show from specific warehouse to a specific shipping template in Amazon which is common practice with 3PLs and other large ecomm businesses.

I believe OOB Acumatica do not have such functionality which has a warehouse-to-Amazon-shipping-template relationship. 

I would suggest implementing a custom Amazon inventory export strategy.
