How to Delete Employee time activities using import scenario

We want to delete all activity line items for the week. I have mapped the week and RefnoteID in the import scenario. attached the XML file. please check.

I appreciate if anyone can send the sample import scenario xml file or screenshot for deleting employee time activities.

​@shyamalav71 I’m not sure using that screen will work, would suggest the Activities entry screen CR306010. You could create a GI with the time activities you want to delete, then use it as source for your import scenario. NoteID would be the key field for import scenario to find the records and delete. 

​@jhouser Employee time activities entered in EP307000 screen are not saving in CR306010 Activity screen. I have created GI for CRActivity table but no data displayed.

Hi, Unfortunately I couldn’t find solution to delete time activities using import scenario. I have deleted the entries manually.

It is possibly a late respone but you technically shouldn’t be able to delete without having the Key Fields mapped and considering PMTimeActivity and its inherited classes key is NoteID (Guid), system expects you provide the NoteID of the record that possibly you do not have it in your file. If you getting your data as an export file from Acumatica, then include the NoteID field and this way you can delete. Additionally if the NoteID isn’t visible on Screen or is read only, then you will need a little bit of customization too.
