Can any one let me know if its possible to create an auto-debit/automatic withdrawal as a payment method where the vendor can automatically withdraw funds from the bank account?
I believe we can implement this via direct deposit → ACH.
After setting them up how can we setup the whole scenario?

I checked & found that I would need to define a Direct deposit payment method in this case, which will allow me to create batch payments for vendors, that could be used to export a file.
+7An idea would be to set the payment method and then create a GI or export scenario mapped to your bank’s specific requirements to initiate the withdrawal.
Would this be viable for your scenario?

When should the auto debit take place? I do not see an option for Vendor to initiate a payment. One can set ‘EFT’ Payment method for Vendor Payments and ‘Direct deposit’ for Payroll using ACH . Please refer to the link below.
