Hello, I am new to acumatica, I am preparing for year end inventory, I cannot seem to prepare an inventory that shows all Active inventory Items. I have found that if I do a full physical inventory it actually is not. it leaves out items with 0 on hand.  Please anyone.

On the “Phyiscal Inventory Types” screen, you can create a new type ID, and select the tickbox for “Include Items with Zero Book Quantity in PI”. This is only avaialble for certain generation methods.

I do this with the “By Item Class” generation method, and then list all of my relevant item classes in the table below.

Then you can prepare a phsyical count against for the Type ID you created.

@mohammadnawaz51

when we were performing a test Fully Inventory Count we noticed that not all inventory items where on the sheets. Items with 0 on hand did not show on the list.  I am struggling to figure out why.
