Error when releasing reconciliation statement

Currently reconciling December transaction but it’s giving me this error. I have tried to do recalculate but error persist. 

 

 I reviewed all the transaction and there is no such VOID PENDING status in there.

      I need to answer your question with more questions. 😉  

      It will be useful for us to know if you already searched Community for your error and whether you already tried/eliminated the suggestions that appear.  

      Many of the AI suggestions relate to Credit Card Processing.  Is Credit Card processing included in your Acumatica system?

      What is your Acumatica version?

      When the error appears, click Tools → Trace, click the line on the left that is in red text, then look at all tabs on the right for more information. I hope Acumatica identifies the problem transaction for you. Let us know what you find.
