What do I do with outstanding deposits in ACU?  I don’t see it addressed in the cash mgmt pdf’s.

If you are referring to import outstanding deposits from the bank statement prior to going live on Acumatica, the process is explained in F200 training  p. 249 - Lesson 32 "Import of Outstanding Checks and Deposits in Transit"
