Client recently added Bank Feeds (Acumatica 24R1) and set up a feed via Plaid to their operating account. The feed pulled part of 1 day’s transactions from the middle of the prior month (both in test mode and live), then received an error:
The bank feed service (path: 0/plaid/transactions/get) returned the following server error: the requested product is not yet ready. please provide a webhook or try the request again later.
Client then deleted the feed and connected with the same error after trying to pull from the following month. Attempts to retrieve additional transactions gets the same error.
I have confirmed via the bank statement that there are many transactions over the last month and a half. Where are they?
