Can I change terms from N30 to an installment code on an open AP Bill?

Hello,

No, terms may not be edited on released AP Bills.  However, we can update the Due Date and the Pay Date (on Financial tab).

Due Date may be edited, Terms may not

To replace 30 day terms with installments, please reverse the original bill and then create a new one. To save time, copy the original bill and paste it to a new one, changing only the terms.
