adding manual document discount to Po Order

When I add manual document discount to Po Order ,discount amount don't reduce automatically. I want to auto reduce at AP bill . Is this possible ? How solve?

I placed a Purchase Order and was able to apply the document, which has reduced (or offset) the document total.
