This seems to be causing issues with closing SORs since we have all these comments & instructions showing on SOR as Requires Scheduling but they are marked as Complete on the underlying appointment.

Hi!
The thing is that comment and instruction lines are kept with requiring scheduling status so that they can be added to any appointment created (becuase if they get the Scheduled status, if you create multiple appointments, they would only get copied to the first appointment only).
