Is there an easier way to do inventory? Right now when we count one of our trucks we have to do a transfer from the truck warehouse back to our main warehouse when they have extra stock. Another transfer from there truck to writeoff when they have lost stock and another transfer to replenish what they are low on.

Is there a way to correct inventory in one step?

@CAMORRISON  Hi!

At the moment, Acumatica doesn’t support a single-step process for adjusting truck inventory against your main warehouse. The workflow you described — creating separate transfers to return extra stock, write off lost stock, and replenish shortages — is the standard way to keep each warehouse’s balances accurate.

In other words, transfers need to be created manually to move inventory between the main warehouse and truck warehouses, or to the write-off location. There isn’t a consolidated “cycle count + replenish” action available for mobile warehouses.

Some companies handle this with customizations or partner extensions to streamline truck stock reconciliations, but out of the box, the system requires those individual transfer steps.

Hope that helps!
