Popup Reminder Before Closing Appointments in Mobile App

You can modify the workflow and add a new status between Complete and close.

You can add a simple OK/Cancel or Yes/No dialog that appears when the tech taps an action (like Close Appointment). Acumatica’s Mobile Framework guide states the mobile app supports simple dialog boxes (Ask()) shown when a user selects an action, and you don’t need special mobile mapping for those dialogs.
