We are testing the new modern UI calendar board map and although we have 11 appointmnets we are attempting to view on the map, only 10 show up.  Previously we have had a limit of 10 addresses in google maps, is the limit the same here?

Hi @MFarnsworth10 ! I tested this on my end. Good news — there's no 10-pin limit on the new Calendar Board map. I can see that there are more than 10 past appointments plotted for a single staff member, so there should be no issues with appointment count.

The Google Maps limit won't apply here either — the modern Calendar Board (FS300300) map runs on Azure Maps, not Google. The key for it lives under Service Management Preferences (FS100100) → Calendar and Maps tab.

When an appointment doesn't show up, it's usually because its service location address didn't geocode — the map can't turn that address into coordinates, so the pin just never drops. That's how you end up with 11 appointments but only 10 on the map.

I'd start by figuring out which appointment is missing, and whether it's always the same one. If it's consistently the same, open that appointment's service location address and make sure it's complete and valid — street, city, state, zip, country — the kind of address that would resolve cleanly if you mapped it by hand. A typo or a blank field is usually all it takes to knock one off.

Hope that helps — let me know what you find!
