Issue on Calendar Board available hours

I am wondering why I don't see a blue-shaded area to drag an appointment to for most staff listed on the calendar board. 

I assume it should look like the image below:

@gowrishankarsaravanakumar33  You need to check if the Availability for these staff is actually Generated. This can be generated on Generate Staff schedules (ScreenId=FS500400) once the staff has availability generated for that date and beyond you would see same blue shaded areas based on the working hours selected on Staff Schedule Rules (ScreenId=FS202001)
