I am using the external tax provider and this is causing me to not be able to unclose appointments without disabling the external tax provider. How would I fix the taxes so they are up to date so it no longer causes this error?

In appointments it shows tax is not up-to-date and that is preventing me from unclosing the appointment.

Try to clear the Tax Zone on the customer record, then recalculate the external taxes on the appointment.
