The mobile App updated on May 14th. Ever since the update was pushed, we have been getting error uploading file. We have had the error in three different parts of the app: 1. capturing the appointment signature, 2: uploading appointment photos, 3: capturing expense receipts. We are using Samsung XCover Pro 7’s with latest Android version. Verizon is our cell carrier. Saw there was a similar bug 2 years ago after update. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

No, the patch on Sunday night fixed our issue.
there was an update for Android this weekend and the release is supposed to fix a couple of known issues, could you also make sure your users have this new version and let me know if this resolves the file upload issues:Android app version 26.049.1 (16305 build) has been released
- An error message: Error uploading file was shown when user tried to upload file if more than 1 hour has passed since last login.
When using external authentication, the system sometimes displayed the following error message when switching tenants: Error: Unable to complete authentication. Session context was expired.
