How do we update prices for service contracts?

When we update a recurring price, this does not cascade to the next period. It reverts back to the original price from two periods ago. Is there a function to update prices and cascade those prices to every period forward?

Thanks for flagging this — it’s a bug that had slipped under our radar, so we appreciate the heads up.

We're looking into it. In the meantime, please submit a support case if you haven't already — the more cases we have on record for an issue, the more visibility it gets on our end. It's the best way to make sure it doesn't get lost.

Thanks for your patience!

I'm having the exact same issue.  We’ve  tried several different import scenarios, modified our import templates, updated contract billing period starts and ends, or just starts, or just ends.  We’ve asked chatgpt and claude for tricks, tried them, and nothing works.  We’ve been working on this for more than a month and seem to be no closer to a resolution.

We think it has something to do with January 1, 2026.  Contracts we updated during CY 2025 all carried forward the correct recurring price, but then on Jan 1, 2026 they reset to the previous price.
