Unable to view newly created wiki, possibly related to access rights

I think I must be missing something when I create a new wiki, my user is unable to open it even though I have all required permissions but another user with a different role that has the same access rights can open and edit.

When I attempt to open the wiki I get:
 

I have Wiki Admin and Administrator roles for my user
 

A user with the LLC Department Manager role is able to access it, no other roles I’ve tested were able to.

This is my first attempt to create a Wiki, but I can’t find any reason that it couldn’t be accessed.

Finally got a chance to dig into this deeper. I found that if I opened the Wiki (SM202005) and changed a groups access rights, and then clicked on another group, I would get a popup message “Do you want to apply rights to nested nodes?” after clicking yes I was able to access the Wikis.

 

I think the issue before is that I was saving immediately after making the change, and the box never popped up.

I have restarted the application in my troubleshooting without any change. I haven’t had the opportunity to unpublish customizations, but we don’t have anything with Wikis customized.

I should mention that we are on 25R1.
