Hi Community,

In the Tenant’s screen, there is a button to “Change to Test Tenant”. Is there a way to undo this as now both tenants say the status a Test Tenant, and I need to make one of them a Production tenant.

Thanks

@Manikanta Dhulipudi  and @Nilkanth Dipak  thanks for your response.

After reaching out to Acumatica, it is not possible; however, it is easy to get a Production tenant back up and running which is reassuring. This is what I received back and wanted to share:

To get a new Production Tenant:

Create a new tenant. This new tenant would then be the active tenant.

Afterwards, run the Copy Tenant action on the Tenants screen to copy Tenant 2 to the new tenant.

Hi @rkenna,

Based on the Acumatica Help documentation, I believe this may not be possible.

Hope, it helps!
