Outlook integration to Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

We have a customer that wants to attach incoming emails that may contain multiple attachments to a Sales Order.  The only options I see in the Outlook integration is to a Contact, Case, Opportunity, or Project.   

Is there another option I’m missing to add an activity to a Sales Order, Purchase Order, etc?
