Is there an option for us to merge customer cards?
Lets say we accidentally created aduplicate card for the same customer and there are already SOs created for them, is it possible to combine it with an existing customer card?

Hi,
No, Acumatica does not natively support merging customer cards into one while preserving and reassigning all historical transactions. The recommended practice is to inactivate the duplicate and continue using the correct customer.
If there are existing Sales Orders but they are still editable (e.g., on Hold or Open): You may be able to change the Customer on each Sales Order manually, if Acumatica allows it based on the document status and your configuration.
