Is there a way to get read receipts when customers open email?

I know that there’s a plugin that does something similar, but is there a way within base Acumatica to record when customers open emails?

As you mentioned SendGrid can be used for this option.

In base Acumatica, currently this feature is not available. Found the product idea below which you and your team can upvote/comment to increase engagement.
