Error code- 503 5.5.1 Bad sequence of commands

What does the error code mean and how do you fix it? It’s showing up when you click on an email under time and expenses, all emails, failed emails tab. One of the emails is our own internal user so I know that email is valid and the sending email account does not show it in sent items so it does not look like an issue with the email client.

Extend to vendor from customer

Hello,I need to extend all my customers to vendor. I use the extend to vendor button and have set up all GL accounts、attributes, but when I enter an AP bill, it will occur an error. Please see attached photo. When the error happens, whether AP Bill or AR invoice will have the error that means I couldn’t release any of them. Please advice any solution to me. Thanks!!!

Opening up stock Customers screen gives error

Hello! we have been doing our work to get our badges and have the U100 data set in a testing company to work through the training with. Out of nowhere, today, we are getting an error when trying to bring up the Customers screen. we are opening it in windows explorer, we have not modified that i know of. Our other testing companies with other data work just fine. We are new to the acumatica world and so not up to speed on how to figure these issues out. What online "Live Forum” topics would you be interested in?

Calling all customers!  If Acumatica hosted an online monthly “Live Forum” event what topics would you be interested in? Lets imagine we held an online event monthly for an hour, there were 4-8 virtual breakout sessions, you could join any of the live sessions, move around between sessions, and have an open discussion about the session topic.  There would be a moderator in the room who had experience in the session topic, but there would not be a formal presentation (and would not be sales oriented).  It would be customers sharing with other customers. I’d love to hear all your topic ideas!   Diana BowersSr. Customer Success Manager

How to Automatically add an item to an order when a specific item is ordered.

Hello, I’m looking to automatically add an item to an order when a certain item is entered on a sales order.An example would be: User enters item ‘X’ on the sales order, and item ‘Y’ is automatically entered after it.This is useful for promotions or when we’re trying to sell certain products together. It’s easier for our sales team if there could be some automation, instead of manually entering these items each time. Thanks

Global search can not search inside Tables of wiki pages

During creating various pages we have found that information stored in Wiki Table is not searchable by Global search option (Top left search bar)However whatever content which we put outside Wiki Table (anywhere in the page) becomes searchable. Could anyone suggest whether this is a Bug in Acumatica or do we need to do any settings or follow any steps? We use following version:Acumatica 2019 R2Build 19.208.0051

Inactive Contact appears in autocomplete and lookup on an email activity

I have a contact that I have marked inactive.  Yet when try to send an email and I start typing, the autocomplete still shows that inactive contact.  Also if I click on the lookup on the “To” line of the email activity the inactive contact appears there as well.I know you can turn off autocomplete under the user profile, but I do want autocomplete on.   Is there a way to remove past autocomplete entries so it “Forgets” the contact which is now inactive who I may have emailed before? Is there a way to change the Lookup so that Inactive Contacts are not listed?Seems like code(logic) should filter out inactive contacts.

Alternatives to logging email activity - Apple Mail

Hello all,Curious about options here. Instead of using Outlook for mail, some people use the apple Mail app on their Macs.If they’re not interested in migrating to Outlook to use the Acumatica Outlook Add-in, what are their options? (On 3/10/21 I didn’t come across any options in the marketplace.)Could I drag/drop an email from Mac mail into Acumatica to log activity, for example? I don’t expect that to create a contact but perhaps there’s some level of compatibility we can help them achieve.Thank you for any ideas.Arline

Error "invalid incomplete base64 4-char block" shows for an incoming email

Attachment is zip file and size should be allowed.  Email is processed into Acumatica but attachments were lost.  No happen often but it did happened couple times.  Thought it is POP3 issue but not sure.

Business Events - Send to Owner

I have created a business event to send an e-mail to the owner of a case on a certain date that is set by an attribute. Everything is working fine, but on the subscriber section I can only chose to e-mail the person that created the case or last modified it. In our organization that isn't always the owner. Is it possible to e-mail the owner of the case?

Find list of all Kits that a Stock Item is listed in?

Hey everyone!  We just got started using Acumatica.  Love it so far, even with its many quirks.  My question is simple, and I would think the answer would be obvious but I cannot find it anywhere!  We have thousands of stock inventory items.  Most of them are in “Kits,” with many of them in many many kits.  I need to find a place I can enter an inventory item ID and be presented with a list of all kits that it belongs to.Many thanks and a bottle of bourbon to the person who can help me with this!

Payments on Customer Portal

An Acumatica client  recently saw a webinar (Jan-Feb 2021) with new features that are to be added to the Acumatica Customer Portal to allow a customer to view an invoice and process a payment for an invoice.  Can you verify that feature – taking a payment on the portal, what release and what is the cost? I just reviewed the 2021 R1 release notes and saw no reference to this.  Do you know if this is planned?  And…. If you can direct me to any documentation or a webinar that would be great.

Change orders

Running Acumatica 2019R2.We ran into an interesting issue today when adding a change order with multiple lines to a project.In a pending state the balances tab Potential CO Amount only shows the most recently added amount from the change order not the summary of values or total from each of the line items within the change.However - the Revenue Budget Change total on the Change Order screen does show the summary of value for the change (totals of all the line items). As well as the canned change order GI.On approval - the balances tab does show the summary value.Anyone else experienced this?-Rick

Customer Support

Is anyone here having horrible support on the weekends?  We’ve been recently acquired and we are trying to change our calendar to match the company that bought us and we are trying to test the change by copying our data into a test company.  We have left over 10 messages since 9:00PM EST last night and absolutely NO RESPONSE and it is now 8:00 AM EST.  If $250 an hour gets you this support then I have to scratch my head!!!

How can customers and outsiders (outside Acumatica partners) submit product ideas?

Hi:Acumatica partners have access to the Product Idea section. Outsiders not. I understand that the product idea section is a sensitive area but, enable somehow a section in the community portal where outsiders can submit product ideas and discuss. Thanks

Opportunity & Project Quote web functionality in mobile app

Sales/Account Managers should be able to freely create opportunities and subsequent project quotes from the mobile app. The are typically at project sites when gathering all the information, so it would be more ideal to do this via mobile than via web on a laptop. Currently, you can create opportunities via mobile app, but functionality is limited. You can’t specify the customer location record, but you can do this on the web. If the sales/account managers were then able to create a quote from mobile, they could be filling out quote details as they estimate--all on-site in the palm of their hand. Extremely efficient.

Linkcommand for location column in Orders tab on CR303000 (business account)

When clicking on the locationID in Orders grid on screen CR303000, system redirect to location screen, but not loading correct customer location.

Why the "reminder" of event only pop up on the host user's screen?

Hello,       Per our test, even if the attendee has accepted the event with reminder.The reminder did NOT pop up on the attendee’s screen at the reminder time.Only the host will see the reminder.               Is it a bug? or is it designer to do so.           Please advise.

Site Restarting Due To Memory Leak

We are experiencing that our site is restarting several times throughout the day causing a lot of issues for us. These don’t happen at regular intervals, so it’s not a scheduled IIS process issue. I’ve been keeping an eye on the System Monitor to track our resource usage. I noticed that shortly after a restart, even with peak traffic we never use more than about 3,000 MB at a time. However throughout the day this will slowly creep up until we hit our limit and then the site crashes and restarts again. This makes me believe there is some sort of memory leak.I attempted to troubleshoot this with the memory profiler DotMemory, however upon starting a profiling session DotMemory immediately complains of high GC pressure and pinned objects in Gen0 then crashes after about 5 minutes. I even unpublished all our customizations and got the same result.So I guess my questions are: Does anyone else experience these crashes? If so do you notice your memory creeping upwards like we do? Do you have

Activity Flow from CRM to Projects

Construction is visual whether drawings, pictures, scope of work, etc. Most of that is initiated in the beginning before the project is even created. It would be very helpful if the activities (emails, attached notes, meetings, etc.), files and notes flowed from Opportunities > Project Quote > Project > Service Management (if applicable).This way these items do not need to be attached multiple times and the end of the chain (project manager, supervisor, foreman) can review some of the correspondence to get updated on the project.This files/documents following the flow would also be helpful in attaching to subcontracts so they too have the info needed.Does anyone have a way for the supporting documents in the initial opportunity to flow with the progression to projects/field service?
