Construction is visual whether drawings, pictures, scope of work, etc. Most of that is initiated in the beginning before the project is even created. It would be very helpful if the activities (emails, attached notes, meetings, etc.), files and notes flowed from Opportunities > Project Quote > Project > Service Management (if applicable).
This way these items do not need to be attached multiple times and the end of the chain (project manager, supervisor, foreman) can review some of the correspondence to get updated on the project.
This files/documents following the flow would also be helpful in attaching to subcontracts so they too have the info needed.
Does anyone have a way for the supporting documents in the initial opportunity to flow with the progression to projects/field service?
