What online "Live Forum” topics would you be interested in?

Calling all customers!  If Acumatica hosted an online monthly “Live Forum” event what topics would you be interested in? 

Lets imagine we held an online event monthly for an hour, there were 4-8 virtual breakout sessions, you could join any of the live sessions, move around between sessions, and have an open discussion about the session topic.  There would be a moderator in the room who had experience in the session topic, but there would not be a formal presentation (and would not be sales oriented).  It would be customers sharing with other customers. 

I’d love to hear all your topic ideas!

Great idea.  I hope you can make this a regular event. Here are my ideas:

 

  1. Commerce Connector: How to get the most out of the Commerce Connector.   for example, how to get customer specific data from Acumatica onto the Big Commerce website (such as what products the customer has previously purchased, amount spent over a time period, dates of purchases)
     
  2. Commerce Connector: How to build customer specific dashboards in Acumatica that flow through the connector and appear on the connected website.
     
  3. Import Scenarios: How to use import scenarios to import into customer activities call data from from cloud based phone systems like 8x8. 
     
  4. Import Scenarios: How to use import scenarios to import into customer activities route stop data from cloud based telematics systems.
     
  5. Business Events: How to use the tools in Acumatica to tell a salesperson it is time to call upon a customer based on historical sales or calls.
     
  6. Reports and Dashboards: How to create inventory analysis and reports based on inventory classes and subclasses and not on individual SKUs.
     
  7. CRM: Walk through setting up a CRM campaign and sending out emails to a customer list.
