Error "invalid incomplete base64 4-char block" shows for an incoming email

Attachment is zip file and size should be allowed. 

 

Email is processed into Acumatica but attachments were lost. 

 

No happen often but it did happened couple times.  Thought it is POP3 issue but not sure.

Hello @woodyg84 , could you please include the exact error message?

As far as I see, we had similar issue fixed in 2019R1 but it was related to the embedded images.
